This policy only applies to purchases from our website.
To utilize our online shopping program, you need to register an account. It is very simple: visit the “account sign up page" and fill in your information. Please recheck your information before submitting the registration. Following this process, a confirmation email will be sent to you that will provide a Customer ID Number, account information and supporting information.
You are now ready to place a website shopping order with your new Tech Source Account.
Our local inventory is represented in our online supply. It is possible to request an item that is not locally available at our warehouse. However, please expect a delayed delivery while we wait for new or transferred supply. Items that are completely out of stock must be ordered from our supplier. The duration of the wait is generally between 1 and 7 business days. You will be contacted if this is incorrect due to delayed delivery or stock unavailability.
If you have questions about your order, please contact us directly by email or telephone. Please note: there are naturally discrepancies between online availability and location supply so cater for these.
After you have selected your order, you will receive the final order information to review before submission. This page will include the total for your order(s), taxes, shipping charges and total. With most orders, you can change your shipping address. However, with credit card orders, we must ship to the billing address of your credit card.
If the billing page is accurate and you are satisfied with your order, click “Place order". For credit card orders, a secure page will appear to enter credit information and complete the transaction. Ensure that this information is accurate before submission. However, for online banking orders, information will be provided on how to pay along with a summary of your order.

Tech Source does not guarantee the protection of prices. Refund/exchanges on purchased items are based on its current lower price or the price at which it was purchased. All returned items must include its original packaging, manuals, cables and all equipment.
For defective items returned within 14 days, a refund will be issued based on a purchase invoice or its present value. Please note that there will be no refund on your shipping cost. Contacting our support staff in advance will be helpful. Including email communication with support staff will also speed up the process.
Please include a copy of the shipping bill.
However, non-defective stock is exchangeable only. You are also responsible for shipping charges and a restocking fee. All non-defective returns must be in resalable condition. If the item is opened or used, a restocking fee of at least 25% will be charged.
Within 21 days, items may be returned under the following conditions:
- Defective products may be returned for exchange, refund or credit.
- Physically damaged products will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Used computers and notebooks must have all warranty stickers.
- Opened or used products will be subject to a restocking charge of 25% minimum.
- There are no returns or exchanges on blank media (CD/DVD/etc.), software.
- Items that are listed as only manufacture warranty can only be send to the manufacture if found defective.
- Manufacture warranty items returned will have a restocking fee of 35 percent.
All warranty are specified in the final sale, please note warranty for individual products. This is listed on your bill of sale.
